Sometimes web applications do not open correctly because of outdated cookies and cached web page data. In order to remedy the issue, you will have to clear your cookies and cache on the Google Chrome web browser.
To accomplish this task, please follow these steps:
- Click on the control button in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select More Tools.
- Choose Clear Browsing Data.
- Make sure the Cached Images and Files and Cookies and Other Site and Plugin Data are checked.
- Once ready, click Clear Browsing Data.
- Return to the webpage and click Refresh.
- If you continue to experience issues, please put in a help desk ticket.

I am unable to sign on to both my ptsd email as well as my webapps accounts. I have followed the directions above and am unsuccessful. My webapps account is said to be deleted? Please let me know how to rectify this issue.
